Living Proof Nutrition Fitness is a private studio located in the heart of Midtown New York City. We provide nutrition programs, metabolic testing, Pilates and personal training.

Our mission is to educate and empower the public to take more control of their health and vitality through nutrition and lifestyle practices. Every Living Proof Nutrition Fitness customer has the opportunity to meet with our certified nutrition specialist, Lisa Jubilee, take a metabolic test, sample our high intensity personal training and experience an individual or small group Pilates session with our Pilates director, Allison Black.  If the idea of private workout sessions and personalized diet and nutrition plans appeal to your personality, our midtown studio is your one-stop wellness haven.

Our three departments — NUTRITION, STRENGTH TRAINING, and PILATES — can be utilized singly or in combination, according to the client’s preference. NUTRITION

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT! A phrase that will always ring true.  Learn what to eat and why for a lifetime of health, fitness and vitality!

Our nutrition department offers metabolic testing, body composition analysis, customized meal plans and a variety of counseling options ranging from general nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to specific behavior modification therapy and nutrition education on topics such as ‘clean eating’, sugar control and GMO’s. Explore our selection of programs and rates and find the one most suitable for you.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Our strength-training regimen is an unusually flexible version of high intensity training based on workouts of just 20 minutes and usually only once a week.

Living Proof NYCStrength training is the common denominator of any health and wellness program.  We believe that every person wants to strive for a long, strong, vital life.  In order to experience those benefits of a full life we need to preserve our muscular skeletal structure.  Research is now available that proves brief, high intensity style workouts are much more effective in reducing body fat and increasing lean body mass, bone density and enhancing functional ability.

Our Pilates studio is where you can experience increased flexibility, core strength and balance while learning from some of NYC’s most experienced classical and contemporary Pilates instructors.

Pilates EquipmentLiving Proof Pilates has the classic pieces — Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair — plus an array of smaller props and instruments able to deal with the most varied body issues.
